First Commonwealth Bank Box Office

The KCAC accepts:

Personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment.

Will call tickets are available for pickup approximately two hours prior to the scheduled start time of an event.

To pick up will call tickets, you must present both a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with the confirmation number.

Tickets at will call will only be released to the person whom purchased the tickets.

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the First Commonwealth Bank Box Office, online or via phone for events at the KCAC.

With the rise in number of “secondary ticket agencies,” we have experienced an increase in the number of invalid tickets being presented.

The only authorized ticket sales agents for the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex are:
